Cupcakes for a Wedding!
My sister got married on July 31st, so instead of a wedding cake she asked me to bake cupcakes. I made 275 cupcakes and these were the chosen flavors: Chocolate Turtle, Red Velvet, Carrot Cake, Snicker-doodle, and Spice Cake.

Arrivederci!!!
My best friend Carly is leaving for Italy for 3 months with her Landscape Architecture Program and so I made these Italian inspired cupcakes for her going away party. Car car I'm going to miss you!
These are cupcakes believe it or not...they don't taste like spaghetti though, surprisingly. They are homade carrot-cake cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. They were a hit at the party! Never thought I would find an event to make these cupcakes for, but they were perfect for the theme!
Practice Makes Perfect :D
Fondant is a difficult thing to work with. You have to work quick and neatly. I have noticed it takes a lot of practice to even come close to mastering it, but it's a lot of fun and much better than smoothing out frosting!

Chocolate Turtle Cupcakes!
Found this recipe in an old cupcake book of mine and I had to try it out! It was definitely a SUCCESS! They tasted amazing!!!!! It's a brownie cupcake topped with fudge frosting, pecans, and melted caramel. Delicious!!!!

Class of 2011!
My neighbor's son just graduated from USC, so in honor of the deserving graduate I made a cupcake cake. Yes a cupcake cake. Under all that frosting lays about 70 cupcakes! This kind of cake is nice, because guests can just pull off a cupcake; no knife required here!
TWINS!!!!!!
A lovely couple I know found out they were going to be having twins, so I was asked to make cupcakes for their Dr. Seus "thing 1 & thing 2" inspired baby shower. It was so fun making these. I love when I get to use bright colors when I bake=] These ended up being red velvet cupcakes with blue cream cheese frosting. yummy=] Congrats Gabriel & Marina on your new little bundles of joy!
